Last week, we introduced acupuncture. Due to certain circumstances, we were not able to personally try acupuncture for ourselves. I, for one, am afraid of needles. I pass out when I go to the doctor to get shots because I get so scared that I forget to breathe.

D and I would have definitely tried acupressure if we had insurance, money and time to schedule an appointment. We have both received professional massages before, and we can share our experiences with you regarding that matter, but it's not quite the same as acupuncture out acupressure.
The best way for you to learn about acupuncture and acupressure is to go out and experience it for yourselves! I am positive you'll be braver than me! If you do decide to try acupuncture or acupressure, please feel free to share your experiences with us!

Week 4

This week should be a piece of cake for most of you because it's something you all should already be doing! Take care of your oral hygiene! That's right! Proper dental care can save you from mouth pains, gum disease, tooth loss, and expensive reconstructive surgery.
All you need to do is brush at least twice a day, floss daily, and schedule and attend your dentist appointments. Maybe cut back on your sugar intake as well. Did you know that your toothbrush should be replaced every three months?
I am guilty of not flossing every day, eating a lot of sweets, and not scheduling dentist appointments as often as I should, but I am up for the challenge! Good oral hygiene can lead to a disease-free mouth, denture avoidance, and good breath! Plus, who doesn't love a great smile?

Keep smiling!
